We are seeking a hardworking General Laborer to join our production team. The ideal candidate is dependable and willing to learn, with the physical stamina for hands-on work and a commitment to safety in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Support machine operators and production staff with material handling and setup
- Sort, stack, and organize lumber, millwork components, and finished goods
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and grounds
- Assist with inventory counts and material organization
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment a plus
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Preferred: Previous warehouse, construction, or manufacturing experience • Forklift certification
Compensation
