This position is responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including preparing statistical reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, handling information requests, and other office management items. This role requires good communication skills (both written and verbal), attention to detail, and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. The individual will also be responsible for data entry so accuracy and organizational skills are a must.

The successful candidate for this position will be able to make analytical decisions, have a high level of professionalism, be good at problem solving, understand office administrative procedures, be able to multitask, have a desire to work as part of a team, show discretion, display good judgement, and be able to anticipate the needs of the team.

Requirements

  • 2 years of office support service experience
  • Knowledge of Excel and Word
